Hello! 

 

My name is Carol Geithner. I graduated from the Anne Arundel Community College Therapeutic Massage program , and received my certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2017. Since graduation, I have been working in private practice  providing customized Therapeutic Massage services in  Arnold MD and surrounding Areas

 

I feel that in our hurried and stressful daily lives, we often forget the importance of taking care of ourselves. However, we cannot serve from an empty vessel. Self-care is not a luxury, it is a necessity!

 

My goal is to provide a healthful, restorative and rejuvenating therapeutic massage to help facilitate pain relief, decrease stress and anxiety, and increase a sense of physical and mental well being. 

 

Sessions with me are based on time, and are customized to utilize an integrative approach; incorporating a variety of massage modalities designed to target your individual areas of concern.
